In the last correction of L'Album,
the roundel of the Togo Air Force is a "round" version of the national flag, the canton with
star covering the upper left quarter of the roundel. There is a thin
yellow fimbriation around the roundel.

The Air Force of Togo uses almost square (~5:6) national flag as its fin flash.
